A simple online accommodation booking system for Shibnath Saha Teachers Training College. Verify your email, submit booking and payment details, receive a provisional ticket, and get the confirmed room allocation ticket after payment verification.
शिबनाथ साहा टीचर्स ट्रेनिंग कॉलेज के लिए सरल ऑनलाइन हॉस्टल बुकिंग व्यवस्था। ईमेल सत्यापन के बाद बुकिंग एवं भुगतान विवरण जमा करें। प्रोविजनल टिकट ईमेल से मिलेगा और भुगतान सत्यापन के बाद कमरे का कन्फर्म आवंटन टिकट भेजा जाएगा।
Booking Process
Email Verification & Booking
Enter candidate details and verify the candidate email with a one-time password (OTP). Select stay dates, accommodation and payment details.
Payment Verification
A provisional ticket and Booking ID are emailed. The office verifies or declines the payment.
Room Allocation
After verification, the system assigns an available gender-compatible room based on the room's configured bed/mat capacity and emails the confirmed ticket.
बुकिंग प्रक्रिया
उम्मीदवार का विवरण भरें और ईमेल पर प्राप्त OTP से ईमेल सत्यापित करें। रहने की तिथि, आवास श्रेणी और भुगतान विवरण भरें। सिस्टम कुल दिन और शुल्क स्वतः गणना करेगा। बुकिंग के बाद प्रोविजनल टिकट/बुकिंग आईडी ईमेल से मिलेगा। भुगतान सत्यापन के बाद उपलब्धता और लिंग-नियम के अनुसार कमरा आवंटित किया जाएगा और कन्फर्म टिकट ईमेल किया जाएगा।
Important Conditions
Booking payment is non-refundable. Room allocation is subject to availability, selected category, stay dates and gender rules. The administration may update an allocation when operationally necessary; the candidate will receive updated details by email.
बुकिंग भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। कमरा उपलब्धता, चुनी गई श्रेणी, रहने की तिथियों और लिंग-नियमों के अनुसार आवंटित होगा। आवश्यक होने पर प्रशासन आवंटन बदल सकता है और संशोधित विवरण ईमेल से भेजा जाएगा।
